I grew up surrounded by traditional baking. My Oldefar (great grandad) owned Brodersens Konditori in Denmark, and many of my childhood holidays were spent baking alongside my Morfar (grandad), learning the recipes and traditions that have been passed down through generations.
 

While many pastries sold as "Danish" are inspired by our traditions, they're often very different from the wienerbrød I grew up eating.

So we are here to bring you the real thing! Each of our bakes are handmade using traditional Danish recipes and techniques, bringing you the real taste of Denmark.
