Allergen Information

All of our products are freshly baked by hand in our bakery.
 

We work with ingredients containing several of the 14 legally recognised allergens, including gluten (wheat), milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soya and sesame. These allergens are used regularly in our bakery and may be present in our preparation, baking and storage areas.
 

Due to the way our bakery operates and the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or suitable for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
 

Full allergen information is available for every product in our allergen matrix (link available below). This includes the allergens intentionally present in each product, as well as the potential for cross contamination.
 

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before placing your order or purchasing a product. We will be happy to provide the relevant allergen information and discuss your requirements with you.
